How to Setup Webmail on Your Device

Setting up IMAP Webmail on an iPhone

Step 1: Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on "Mail".
Step 3: Tap on "Accounts".
Step 4: Tap on "Add Account".
Step 5: Select "Other" from the list of options.
Step 6: Tap on "Add Mail Account".
Step 7: Enter your name, email address, password, and a description of the account (optional).
Step 8: Tap on "Next".
Step 9: Select "IMAP" as the account type.
Step 10: Enter the incoming mail server information (mail.yourdomain.com) and your username and password.
Step 11: Enter the outgoing mail server information (mail.yourdomain.com) and your username and password.
Step 12: Tap on "Save".

Setting up IMAP Webmail on an Android Device

Step 1: Open the Gmail app on your Android device.
Step 2: Tap on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
Step 3: Scroll down and tap on "Settings".
Step 4: Tap on "Add account".
Step 5: Select "Personal (IMAP/POP)".
Step 6: Enter your email address and password.
Step 7: Tap on "Manual Setup".
Step 8: Select "IMAP".
Step 9: Enter the incoming mail server information (mail.yourdomain.com) and your username and password.
Step 10: Enter the outgoing mail server information (mail.yourdomain.com) and your username and password.
Step 11: Tap on "Next".
Step 12: Set your account preferences (sync frequency, notifications, etc.).
Step 13: Tap on "Next".
Step 14: Enter your name and tap on "Next".
Step 15: Tap on "Save".

Setting up IMAP Webmail on Outlook

Step 1: Open Outlook on your computer.
Step 2: Click on "File" in the top-left corner.
Step 3: Click on "Add Account".
Step 4: Enter your email address and click on "Connect".
Step 5: Select "IMAP".
Step 6: Enter the incoming mail server information (mail.yourdomain.com) and your username and password.
Step 7: Enter the outgoing mail server information (mail.yourdomain.com) and your username and password.
Step 8: Click on "More Settings".
Step 9: Click on the "Outgoing Server" tab. Step 10: Check the box that says "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
Step 11: Select the option to use the same settings as the incoming mail server.
Step 12: Click on the "Advanced" tab.
Step 13: Enter the incoming server port (usually 993) and select "SSL" as the encryption method.
Step 14: Enter the outgoing server port (usually 587) and select "TLS" as the encryption method.
Step 15: Click on "OK".
Step 16: Click on "Next".
Step 17: Enter your name and click on "Next".
Step 18: Click on "Finish".

If you receive an error, make sure you've entered all the necessary information. The most common mistakes are misspells or wrong information.
