1. Web Design

All refund request should be made to the support department, and Indy Web Design reserves the right to approve/reject any and all refund requests based on an individual case to case premise. Please check to see if you qualify:

  • No refund will be issued for completed projects.
  • No refund will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
  • No refund will be issued for breached Contracts, Agreements or breach of Terms of Service.
  • No refund will be issued after inaction by the customer after 14 business days. If you wish to restart the order, you won't be charged initial costs. This offer is void after 60 days of inaction.
  • No refund will be issued for customer unresponsiveness after 14 business days.
  • No refund will be issued once the initial design mock up has been revised or the inner pages have been created with client's approval.
  • No full refunds may be issued for request made after work on the project has been initiated. If refund is approved after work has started, we will charge the hourly rate posted in our website development service page for any work performed, and we will refund difference.
  • No full or partial refunds will be issued for faulty items or services when working with third parties supplied, provided or recommended by customer.

All design jobs require client input before finishing the design which is why it is requested that the customer is active throughout the process and gives feedback in order to get the required results.


2. Hosting

All refund request should be made to the support department, and Indy Web Design reserves the right to approve/reject any and all refund requests based on an individual case to case premise. Please check to see if you qualify:

  • No refund will be issued for cancelled subscriptions after 14 days, and only partial refunds will be issued for cancelled subscriptions before the 14 day period.
  • No refund will be issued for breached Contracts, Agreements or breach of Terms of Service.
  • No refund will be issued for server issues beyond our control (E.g. server damage, server failure, natural disaster, etc.)
  • No refund will be issued for unrelated problems with our servers (E.g. customer unhappy with website, customer out of business, etc.)

3. Domain Names

All refund request should be made to the support department, and Indy Web Design reserves the right to approve/reject any and all refund requests based on an individual case to case premise. Please check to see if you qualify:

  • No refund will be issued for expired domain names.
  • No refund will be issued for transfered domain names.
  • No refund will be issued for cancelled hosting subscriptions.
  • No refund will be issued for breached Contracts, Agreements or breach of Terms of Service.

I. Domain names are transferable upon request at a one-time cost.

II. Suspended, cancelled or closed accounts no longer qualify for domain transfer. You may still be able to purchase the domain name from our registrar.

III. Past due balances must be paid in full before we consider any domain transfer.

IV. If you qualify for domain transfer, you must understand the process and initiate transfer early to avoid issues. We can perform the entire transfer at our hourly cost.


3. Citation Building

  • No refund will be issued for breached Contracts, Agreements or breach of Terms of Service.
  • No full refund will be issued for initiated projects.

4. Setup Fees

  • No refund will be issued for completed projects.
  • No refund will be issued for breached Contracts, Agreements or breach of Terms of Service.

5. Additional

All refund request should be made to the support department, and Indy Web Design reserves the right to approve/reject any and all refund requests based on an individual case to case premise. Please check to see if you qualify:

  • No refunds are issued for completed projects.
  • No refund will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
  • No refunds are issued for cancelled subscriptions.
  • No refunds are issued for breached Contracts, Agreements or breach of Terms & Conditions.
  • No down payment refund request will be issued after 24 hours, and only partial refunds may be issued for request made within 24 hours.
  • No refund will be issued after inaction by the customer after 14 working days. If you wish to restart the order, you won't be charged initial costs. This offer is void after 30 days of inaction.
  • No refund will be issued for customer unresponsiveness after 14 working days.
  • No refund will be issued once the initial design mock up has been revised or the inner pages have been created with client's approval.

To ensure that your refund request is received and processed effectively, please make sure that you follow the next few steps.

  1. Contact Us: Specify your reasons and file a refund request through any of the following three modes of communication:
  2. Be Patient: We will respond to your request and concerns within 24-48 hours. All requests must meet our refund policy. If your refund request meets the criteria, we will issue full or partial refund in accordance with our policies. All refunds are issued in the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
  3. Take Down: You agree that you have no right to use any reaction or other substance, work item or media, nor will you have any ownership interest for or to the same. Before refunds are issued, you MUST take down, delete or destroy, any physical and digital product that makes partial or full use of our designs or services (E.g. printed media, shirts, social media posts, etc). You will not keep copies in any form of the original design or service.
  4. Return of Intelectual Property: Before refunds are issued, the rights/access to any work performed by us must be transferred to Indy Web Design in its original form, and you will not legally be allowed to display any version of the design sent by the Indy Web Design. Should you violate this agreement or return products with modifications or not in its original form, we will be entitled to compensation by any means necessary, and no additional refunds will be granted.

Revisions are limited to the package you purchase. Some packages such as Citations don't include revisions. Customers can request free revisions up to the number the package allows. Additional revisions are available at additional cost without exceptions. Revision turnaround time is around 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

We are not required to keep copies of your final design after we make the final delivery. It's your responsability alone to make sure you keep your copies in a secured and accessible place. We are not responsible for loss or damage. In the case we have kept a copy, you will be charged a fee for making it available to you. No exceptions.

By requesting a service from Indy Web Design, you agree to compensate with any performed work, and further more, you allow Indy Web Design to charge your credit card on file for the full due balance if no compensation has been received after 14 business days. We may also use other means to collect past dues, including suspension or termination of any existing accounts or services with us, and submitting your past due balance to a collection agency.
